Emerging artist Margret E. Short
joins the ranks of the masters. Ms. Short utilizes
a technique that allows the shadows to jump with
light and gives each painting a dramatic illusionary
tone that transcends time and space. A student
of the prestigious teacher, David Leffel, Ms.
Short melds a painterly luminosity with Dutch
Master techniques to achieve a style not often
seen in today's art world.
Margret E. Short has approached
the New Millennium with a series of timeless
art called "Etudes - a tribute to music
in paint."
